• Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

• Some items, such as health & wellness products, pet supplies, and personal-use gadgets, are non-returnable due to hygiene and safety concerns.

• A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Refund Process:

1. Contact our support team with your order details and reason for return.

2. Once approved, return the item to the provided address (return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer).

3. Upon inspection, a refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

4. If the product is damaged or defective, we will provide a full refund, including return shipping fees.
